I went to the Kersey Post Office to get our passports expedited, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There were two women working, and both were incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. The first woman seemed confused and didn’t know how to process the passport paperwork properly — she kept sighing, rolling her eyes, and snapping when we asked simple questions. Instead of trying to clarify or help, the woman in charge came out from the back and actually shushed us while we were calmly trying to explain what was going on. It was embarrassing, completely uncalled for, and very unprofessional. Both employees were short, impatient, and acted as if helping us was a huge inconvenience. We weren’t loud or rude — just trying to make sure our expedited passport applications were correct. Instead of receiving guidance, we got attitude and condescension. According to official USPS customer service standards, postal employees are required to be courteous, honest, reliable, and professional in all interactions with the public. Their behavior directly goes against those guidelines. The Postal Service emphasizes respect and helpfulness, especially in situations like passport processing where accuracy and customer communication are essential. This office seriously needs customer service retraining. If the employees here dislike working with the public this much, they shouldn’t be handling passport appointments. No one should walk out of a federal facility feeling disrespected or belittled for simply asking for assistance.

We love our post office and the people that work there. Renee is always helpful and will go above and beyond for the post office and it's customers. Being short staffed makes long hours and Renee still smiles and helps you out the best she can. Best post office I have ever used.

I had a wonderful time here! This was the only post office with a passport appointment available ASAP. I’m from Denver and while the drive was long, it was worth it. I’m so grateful to have met Renee and a few of the other nice ladies who work here. They were so kind, helpful, and fast! Thanks again!!

Doesn't deserve one star. The heavy lady is rude, if you make her work. In her voice you can hear the irritation if your mail requires a little extra work. Then instead of being quite about it she talks so loud and makes sure everyone hears her chew you out. This is a sorriest post office I've even been in. If you live in town you have too have a post office box but if you live out in the country your mail is delivered. That's most likely cause they are to lazy to want to work. I'll go all the way to Greeley from now on if I have to mail a package. Sorry service, rude people not for me. I went to Greeley to mail my letter. I took 2 different envelopes grin the lobby and asked which one I needed to mail the envelope she looked at me and said it can go just like this. I told her about my experience at Kersey Post office. She said we are mailing it just like this... ATTENTION: Kersey post office learn to do your job and not brush it off.
