Went into office to speak with representative and was told the mail delivery person was gone already but would follow up on Monday. Have heard nothing as of yet. Worst aspect is there is no direct line to speak with someone at branch.

They knocked on my door and by the time I rounded the corner from the kitchen to my front door they were already back in their car and driving away. No way to contact the local post office. 800 number was a pre-recorded labrynth that never gave any help. No way to file a complaint. If I did my job like that I'd be out of a job

They won't deliver to my house because they don't know how to open my gate and if I don't get up there the day after they send me a slip saying I have a package they send it back to sender and I've wasted my money. I forgot my slip one time and they wouldn't even take the time to look for an oversized envelope. It's a small town...shouldn't be too many. My hours for work don't allow me to make it up there until the weekend. My friend sent me samples of an energy supplement and I didn't make it up there in time to pay for postage so they stole the spark out and sent her back an empty envelope. They need to make some serious changes up there. If I had a chance to change post offices I'd do it in a heart beat. They are the worst!! They don't even deserve 1 star
