Went into office to speak with representative and was told the mail delivery person was gone already but would follow up on Monday. Have heard nothing as of yet. Worst aspect is there is no direct line to speak with someone at branch.

She went above and beyond to help us locate our package! Super nice, very professional and helpful! We really appreciate all her help!

They knocked on my door and by the time I rounded the corner from the kitchen to my front door they were already back in their car and driving away. No way to contact the local post office. 800 number was a pre-recorded labrynth that never gave any help. No way to file a complaint. If I did my job like that I'd be out of a job
