When I called, the representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. He immediately contacted the carrier, ensured the issue was resolved, and I received my package the same day. What truly impressed me was that they even called me after hours to confirm I had received it. Their customer service absolutely made my day - thank you so much for going above and beyond!

There should be 2 tellers working due to increased population growth instead workers are laughing in the shipping area while long lines of customers waiting to ship packages. Short staffed and poor management no one cares about the customer only profit. Very disappointed.
