The new woman they hired does a lousy job, very slow does not know what she is doing. There should be 2 tellers working due to increased population growth instead workers are laughing in the shipping area while long lines of customers waiting to ship packages. Short staffed and poor management no one cares about the customer only profit. Very disappointed.

They are worst.. this is 2nd time they deliver my package to parcel locker and put it someone else box.. I try to call to speak straight to the office but go through 1800 numbers takes for ever!!! Please do your job right and that's what you paid high rates for.

Friendly people quick service very knowledgeable love the sense of humor and laughter . It brightens my day each time I go to mail stuff. Especially clerk Kelli Nickols and love the new post master James Boxrud he really was able to answer my questions and find a suitable solution to my on going mail problem.
