- STSteven TesterAug 30, 20251.0Understand the staff has shrunk tremendously. Service is awful. Lots of questioning about which packages I am expecting versus what they have slips for in my box. Generally poor attitude to customers and no respect for the customers time or deliveries. Would not recommend this location. Needs a complete revamp of whatever process they are using for deliveries (hand written notes instead of lockers) and a few lessons in customer service.

Instead of sorting packages in the back they can be often seen talking to customers and holding up the line instead of doing their job. Most of the employees are rude and the service is terrible. Please get your act together.

During the Christmas Rush the staff remained pleasant despite a tremendous work load. I have nothing but appreciation for this team!
