- CDCassie DeardorffApr 13, 20261.0If you can do your shipping and mailing anywhere else I highly encourage you to do so. My husband and I dealt with the Ignacio post office for two years and we have never had so many problems. We have had multiple missing packages, Christmas gifts that were shipped in early December show up in February only to be delivered to the wrong house and chewed up by the neighbors dogs, multiple New Years cards get returned after not having enough postage after consulting with the post master and being ensured that they did when originally mailed. My husband and I moved from the area 4 weeks ago and put in multiple mail forwardings 6 weeks ago, but now here I sit with a notification that my package I ordered back in OCTOBER has been delivered...to a house I no longer live at despite the multiple mail forwardings. I would call the Ignacio post office, but everyone that works there has proven to be just as unhelpful as the next.

I really think she is not at all qualified to have a customer service job. If I cannot get my package I will go in there to get my money back and get her fired.

My last package that got sent through USPS was 7 days late and the package was broken into and items were missing. The package before last never arrived at all and nobody seems to know where it went. Ship with someone else if you are shipping or ordering something important.
