- DWDaryl WeeksNov 9, 20231.0My grandmother express mailed me a package. This was $70 to mail. It was guaranteed to arrive on Wednesday 11.8 before 6 pm. It did not arrive. The following morning Thursday the tracking said, arrived at post office in Idaho Springs. I went in to the post office to get the express package that was supposed to be delivered the day before. And was told that it was under 400 other packages. I have worked at the post office and I know that Express mail comes first and is separated from the other mail. Why would you scan an express package saying arrived, and then throw it in with all the other packages to be delivered later. Especially when it was supposed to be delivered the day before. The OIC Cheryl MORALES had an attitude and said she had until 6 PM to deliver the package and that I should apply to the post office and help (wow what an excuse/comeback) Very unprofessional very rude. She said she knew the rules but obviously she does not because if she did, she would’ve separate at the express package from the other packages and realized it was supposed to be delivered the day prior. She did not even spend five minutes to attempt to look for the package.
- OIOokami InukosaAug 13, 20231.0They just send mail back for no reason. I waited a month for a custom ring from a jeweler overseas to arrive, only for the package to be sent back. When I asked for help finding another package that said it was delivered, but wasn’t in the box, they refused to help me and were extremely dismissive (I’m Japanese) but had no problem hearing out my mother (who’s white) after I told her they weren’t going to help me. They even had the package they claimed to not have when I asked for it. I’ve heard from other residents that they have had packages sent back with no explanation. Something needs to change with the way they run this place.
