- ECEm COct 6, 20255.0Small town friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Very good about delivering and receiving mail. 😊 The only inconvenience is the operating hours...they close before 11, and at 9:45 am on Saturdays (instead of 10 am listed on Google-this is due to their system and out of the worker's hands,) but that's to be expected in a sparsely populated mtn town. Also, they're still on an analog system so it takes a little more time to process pkgs than a big city P.O. but it's not nearly as busy. It's always the same people so you can ensure they're getting the job done right with effective communication, and they know you by name. 😊

Two packages just disappeared and walked out of the postal office. After being scanned in this very postal office and we are right across the street!! Hope they enjoy my stuff. Shady!
- SSSmashFeb 12, 20221.0Online hours say 7-11. I got there at 9:57. She barely acknowledged me and rudely barked that she was closed. The service here has gone downhill for many years. I dont blame the staff because they aren't paid or treated well. I do blame the "upper management" which is trying very hard to axe these rural post offices. The hours have been cut. The staff does not care and is not able to help with lost parcels. If prepaid packages are left in the outdoor drop box they can disappear, never getting scanned. Sometimes it takes a week or more just to send first class mail to Denver. So sad and disappointing.
