I went it and filled out the proper paperwork for the package to be held at the facility for pick up. I explained that I needed the contents to fulfill an order and it'd be costly for me if it got sent back. The front desk guy said that they should be able to pull the package when the driver got back and hold it for me. That never got done, they sent it back to the sender regardless, wasting my time and costing me a considerable amount of money. Very frustrating to say the least.
