Scott was wonderful to work with today as I mailed some larger letters that needed metered postage. Thanks Scott, for the warmth and friendliness.

They’re always busy but efficient and helpful. Today I called (knowing it would be very busy) to see if they could help me track a package with my phone #. They returned the call within 30 minutes to let me know it would be delivered today. Very appreciative they were able to resolve my issue quickly.

I called ahead to inquire about notary services. They said they provide notary services for $15/stamp and no additional charge for witnesses. They assured me they would have 2 witnesses in the store.
I visited the store 2 days after the call and they refused to notarized my documents saying they don’t know how to read them. You don’t need to understand legal documents to notarize them! You are not an attorney! What a waste of time.
Additionally the “notary” disorganized my entire document which does not have page number but rather pages numbers for each section. What a mess!
Luckily another customer overheard this stupid interchange and interjected that the UPS Store on University does notarize documents. I went there and had no issues.
Why in the world does a UPS Store worker think he needs to read and understand my document to notarize it?
