They assured me they would have 2 witnesses in the store. I visited the store 2 days after the call and they refused to notarized my documents saying they don’t know how to read them. You don’t need to understand legal documents to notarize them! You are not an attorney! What a waste of time. Additionally the “notary” disorganized my entire document which does not have page number but rather pages numbers for each section. What a mess! Luckily another customer overheard this stupid interchange and interjected that the UPS Store on University does notarize documents. I went there and had no issues. Why in the world does a UPS Store worker think he needs to read and understand my document to notarize it?
