  I'm in there about once a week for the last two years, as we use it for our business's PO Box and package deliveries. They have always been helpful, and work with me when I have annoying little requests. They always let me use their dolly and don't complain about the hundreds of pounds of shredding I bring in. Lalitha is my favorite, always saying hello with a smile. I think it's a great location with friendly service.

  I visited this store with an Amazon return. I had two similar boxes and they both had the same label and the cashier told me I could either buy a box or ask for a different label. The cashier was super patient and attentive and helped me contact Amazon for a second label. I think his name was Isaac.

  We’ve been coming to this UPS for several years now and they’ve always been great, quick, pleasant, fast and efficient.

  These guys are crooks. The only reason I am finally writing this review is because they stole my package again! The first time they stole my $500 knife, I was sending it back to the manufacturer for a re-sharpening. They stole it, and they know it. Plus, it was insured for $500; they did nothing about it. UPS told me it was on the store to reimburse me and make it right, but they did nothing! Total degenerates. Then last week they stole my expensive Wagyu I had ordered from Japan. The package was out for delivery, then, all of a sudden, it said it was "damaged," so an investigation was opened and closed immediately. So it was loaded into the truck, "damaged?" Then what, oops, this box of meat looks damaged now, so I can't deliver it? Yeah right! Total crooks, and nothing is being done about that either! This store is complete trash. Do not go here! You busters owe me like $1000 at this point!
