  My package shows scanned & delivered and I was told it was out in my mailbox, until I mentioned I have cameras and it wasn't then I was told the carrier was talked to and she doesn't remember delivering a package to my house. My package was scanned so where did it get delivered to?? I can't file a claim for 30 days. This was a present for my son and I can't just reorder it as there were only so many made, it was a collectable. So tired of mail and packages missing in this neighborhood and won't do anything about it🤬

  Well, seems like the trend of the passport lady's bad customer service, rude behavior and disrespect towards customers is an ongoing issue at this post office. We googled walk-in hours and showed up but were told that, unless we had an appointment, we could not be seen and processed. We asked if they had anyone for the 1:30 time slot today and she admitted that they did not. However, since we had no appointment she could not help us even though no-one else was expected. No apologies, no concern, no friendly word, no smile. Probably the very worst in customer service I have seen in a looooong time. Too bad that no-one seems to take these awful reviews of the passport processor to heart.

  I go back and forth between using this one and another one. The other one I can usually count on my dropped off packages being scanned within a few hours. This location’s system seems to move slower and may not scan until the next morning. One of the times we came here to send a package internationally. It took an 1 1/2 hours because they were training a new guy and the trainer would not take over after 3 time the information didn’t save. I understand needing to train him, but at some point the trainer should’ve taken over and the customer’s needs must be addressed on a timely basis. We told her that we were on our way to the airport, but female trainer didn’t care. She let the trainee bumble his way through the transaction for 1 1/2 hours. I’ll go to the other location

  Hubo una discriminación que tenía que traer un traductor personal, mi hija es nacida aquí en Estados Unidos y pues la que atendió nos discriminó por no saber hablar el idioma de ella y que no nos colaboraba con el pasaporte me párese de mal gusto que discriminen ala gente
