Do we have a different driver? What's going on with our mail? Do we need to call the cooperate office to settle this simple task?

The employee working with us did not greet me when I arrived, ignored my questions, and spoke to us in a very dismissive and disrespectful way. My Wife received the same treatment when she arrived. What was especially upsetting is that we were the only family treated this way, and her behavior made us feel singled out and discriminated against. No family should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because of who they are. She also gave inconsistent instructions—first saying she needed all applications completed before taking any, and then later saying she would only accept one because we “had 15 minutes.” When we tried to ask for clarification, she responded rudely and stated that she didn’t care if we complained because she has worked there for ten years. This was an extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and without discrimination.

I am going to take this complaint as far as I can.
