- NLNefertary López2 days ago1.0We have always had issues here with our mail and packages. They often go missing, and we never receive a clear explanation as to why. Last month, we had to travel to Mexico for a family emergency and were gone for about a month. We were never informed that packages could not be stored for more than a month, so our packages were returned without any notice. It’s become an inconvenience for us.

Simply asking what something meant on the usps website regarding the status of my package only to be met with a lecture about the package not being there and they are allowed to do their job and get the package out by 3:30 or the next day VERY RUDELY. She also acted this way with my husband when we already had a package there for 2 days in the back not being delivered. Do better because you never know how someone is feeling, as I was so very excited for my item to come in and knew it wasn’t in Hayden yet just had questions and my joy basically got crushed and threw away because of how rudely the customer service was. There was nobody else there I was the only one so “busyness” has nothing to do with how I was treated.
