My package says it's being held for pickup and that I can go get it but it's not there and they didn't even bother looking for it. Then I had a question regarding my PO Box and the lady was so rude. I asked for a package that was delivered yesterday. She wouldn’t look for it. No time frame for delivery, nothing. I was told that Tammi quit, Tammi was the only one in the office who was there to work. She is already deeply missed! Hire some people who have a can do attitude! That step up and help get the job done!

The current staff is so friendly — thanks for listening to the Hayden residents and addressing previous issues! From June 2025: This post office scans packages as delivered when not delivered. Their hours are ridiculously short, and they randomly close for an hour lunch break throughout the week. I’ve received conflicting advice on how to address packages correctly, and some of their advice is unusable. For example, many retailers do not allow numbers in the last name line even though that is how I’ve been instructed to address my packages.
