She made sure we were able to set up our PO Box to perfection. I can honestly say I've never walked into a USPS office and was greeted with a smile and great attitude until now! We walked out happy and will never forget how welcome she made us feel to the Post Office and Hartsel in general. I wish I could remember her name but I absolutely remember her service, thank you so much!
