A terrible post office. Like most USPS locations in the USA they are just terrible to deal with and seem to hate the general public. They send Amazon boxes back as soon as they arrive if they don’t have a PO Box number on them. Amazon for some reason transfers packages to the USPS in this location for delivery even though there is no local residential delivery. When ordering you don’t know that Amazon is going to transfer the delivery to USPS so you put the physical address as the shipping address. If that box arrives at the USPS location here they ship it back upon receipt of the box. The USPS is entirely broken and no person I know in Gypsum, Avon, or Edwards has anything good to say about any of these facilities. The entire system needs to be revamped and improved because it is just horrible ti deal with the post offices anywhere now. The people that work in these facilities need to be trained in customer service and have the ability to provide it. I see them all as overwhelmed and angry people.

Listen man, I understand they get lots of packages every day, I get people may be rude sometimes. I understand they may be overworked, but both of the men that work there are very rude, and just seemingly unwilling to help. They just always seem to be having a bad day. I come in just to check on my packages, I’m perfectly happy to wait until they’re processed to pick them up, but I’ve had packages get delivered, and then returned within 20 minutes almost no time for me to even try and come get it before they just ship it back. So I’d just like to ensure my package are there and not getting sent back. I feel like that’s reasonable? No? Especially when this post office after reading reviews has seemed to always have this issue. I try to be as nice as possible, but it is very overwhelming when you have to worry about them getting returned, and then trying to figure out what’s happening, get almost no help, and feeling like ur being annoying for just wanting to check on ur package. I appreciate the lady there is very sweet she’s amazing, even when she’s clearly havin a bad day she still at least tries to put on a smile, I get it jobs suck, everybody has a bad days, I just wish everyone could be kinder to each other. it sucks trying to get ur package, and feeling like a nuisance for just wanting to make sure it doesn’t get sent back. I wish much positivity for that post office. They all definitely work bard:)

I’m sorry, but our taxes should pay for the mail to be delivered at our house. It’s ridiculous that we have to go wait 15 minutes everyday for our mail
