- PHPiers HendrieAug 28, 20255.0Of all the Post Offices I have been to, these guys were the most friendly, polite, and helpful. We are visiting here for a couple of weeks and they were all great at helping with my Amazon delivery (we didn’t have access to the locked mailbox). They are short-staffed - two drivers for five postal routes, but they are working hard to help customers.

I waited 10 minutes after I rang the bell for service and the woman that appears to be in charge screamed, “I am coming” but did not appear for another 5 minutes. She was slamming things around and when I presented her with a slip to pickup an item, she yelled to the employee in the back and he yelled, I put in on the shelf so someone probably took it. It should have been placed in my mailbox! It is very frustrating and concerning. The women who recently retired were very professional and pleasant.
- PKPaul KeaneAug 7, 20251.0This post office has become an absolute joke the last couple year, they have lost or mis delivered the last 4 packages I've ordered and 2 of which no compensation or have not been found. Just a letter essentially saying sorry and we'll try to do better. Iwouldn't give a single star if it was an option. Ive been in same house for 15 years,and rarely get more than 1 or 2 packages a month. Use ups or fedex if you can.
