I'm not good good packagin stuff and figuring out the correct size to pack something; I had selected a bigger box of what I actually needed, the ladie helped me get a better, smallert box, that would fit my package (what saved me some money in shipment) and gave me soin indication how to better accomodate the items, explained to me the papework I had to fill out. once I was done with packaging and paperwork, Ayman assisted me receiving my package, he doublechecked all infor was accurate. They both have a great energy.
