Amazing staff, always ready and willing to provide top customer service and satisfaction!! I have been coming to this store for a few years now and absolutely appreciate all that Steve does to go above and beyond in helping customers with all of their shipping, packaging and even notary services. Thanks for all that you do!!

THE WORST. The staff here is MISERABLE. they look and act like zombies. The manager Steven, if you can really call him that, lacks basic customer service skills. Really unsure how he has held this position for 20+ years. Might be time to retire buddy. Will be using FEDEX from now on as UPS stores are not actually UPS, they are 3rd party contractors who could care less about your package, just your money. BEWARE
This place has really gone down hill. The staff here say that the franchise owner won’t supply tape, yet they have packaged and sent items for me 20+ times in the past. I’ve never expected it, but since they have always done it- I came in today asking for assistance with packaging. The brunette girl refused to do it this time so the store
priced gouged me $6 for a roll of tape that costs $3 at target. The brunette girl then proceeded to take papers out of my packages which mixed them up. Please tell me, if you can’t package something for me, why are you pulling labels out of the bag? For all I know my two separate returns are now going to be going to the wrong location because of this.
Terrible customer service from the brunette girl and tall red head man. He kept huffing and puffing and when I pointed it out, he say it was “it’s all he could do to deal with me while on the clock.”
I come here all of the time and have never experienced anything like this. I just got back from Texas where I mailed items home, at that UPS store they bubble wrapped, taped, did EVERYTHING that you think a full service shipping center would do. The services offered should be the same at every UPS store, and not up to cheap franchise owners. UPS Greenwood Village is going downhill and I’ll be reaching out to HQ about this
Message to the manager: i don’t want anything for free, hence why I paid for the tape and LEFT IT FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER YOU WANT TO SCAM. Yes, the labels were prepaid- so why would tape and packaging not be included???? I never called myself a victim and I never verbally abused anyone, i might have said that your store staff is incompetent bit that doesn’t warrant verbal abuse . Please pull the video up! The brunette took papers out of bags she said she “wouldn’t package” and mixed the labels up. Still doesn’t make sense. You’re an angry old man and I’m not even going to say anymore. Just contacting the franchise owner and corporate about your lack of customer service and people skills in general, maybe try a Game Stop.
I love this UPS store! While they have all the supplies to pack and ship, if you are short on time upon your visit have your package(s) and addresses ready to go. They weigh your packages, measure them and give you your price for the delivery service you choose (priority, 3-day, etc.). It seems like they get really busy around the lunch hour and by then the store is brimming with packages. If you do have time to spare, go earlier in the day. If you go during their peak busy times, try to be patient. They will get you in and out as quick as they can.
Said one thing on phone, did other in-store.
I called ahead to ask if they could print a label for a return if I had a bar code of the return label I was emailed. They said yes so I drove to their location.
Upon arrival they said that isn't true and I'd need to pay them for printing it, and then also said I'd have to buy a box from them. I told them the box I had was fine (it was a new box) they said I had to buy theirs.
This was my first time trying a location other than my amazing Broadway / Alameda location. $10 in charges for what other stores do for free. Pretty bad first experience.
