My HOA has had the complex's mailboxes broken into multiple times so now the post office is refusing to deliver anything. Which is understand, sure whatever not their fault. But it's increasing frustrating to try to get anything for my address now. Me and my roomate just moved out here, so our IDs arent updated yet, and theyre not working with us and won't give us our freaking mail. They also want us to have previous tenants with us and their IDs which makes no sense, we don't want or care if we even have mail from them. Just give us our freaking mail, my god. I understand the issue isn't your fault, but withholding packages/mail is also not okay.
