Every time I come to this location, the lines are extremely long and the staff—aside from a few exceptions—don’t seem interested in working efficiently. It often feels like they don’t care how long customers have to stand and wait. It would be great to see more effort put into providing quicker and more attentive service. Just my opinion....

My experience with this post office was okay, up until recently. My HOA has had the complex's mailboxes broken into multiple times so now the post office is refusing to deliver anything. Which is understand, sure whatever not their fault. But it's increasing frustrating to try to get anything for my address now. Me and my roomate just moved out here, so our IDs arent updated yet, and theyre not working with us and won't give us our freaking mail. They also want us to have previous tenants with us and their IDs which makes no sense, we don't want or care if we even have mail from them. Just give us our freaking mail, my god. I understand the issue isn't your fault, but withholding packages/mail is also not okay.

I want to give my 5 stars to Austin there. A very important mail kept failing to deliver and my oh my, was I scared. I was very frustrated with USPS delivery services, but Austin was very kind, who kept following up with me over the weekend and made my pickup process very smooth. He is patient and is doing his job with diligence. I liked the other staff too. They were polite and humble, and it was evident they want to help get you the best service possible. If their delivery service got a wee bit better, I would keep going there everytime.

paid and shipped my package with the proper address however mysteriously my package didn’t get delivered and got alll the way to colorado from texas to be “returned to sender”. this was an outfit for a wedding that I was attending, which forced me to buy a new outfit and new shoes because the incompetency of the mail carrier. I went to my local post office, which I shipped it from and they told me that there was nothing that I could do except for it to go back to Colorado and discuss it with the location that made the mistake . I left my local post office and called the Greenville location to speak to a lady who confirmed the mail carrier made a mistake as the normal carrier was on vacation at the time of the incident and was unsure what transpired. The notes on the package stated that the person the package was mailed to no longer live at that residence and there was no forwarding address. However, my in-laws have lived there for over 30 years and still live there today. I was directed to go online and file a claim, and that it would get forwarded to one of the offices in the area for review less than 24 hours later claim denied no refund even though they have acknowledged their carrier made a mistake. All I’m requesting is the refund for the $19 in shipping that I’ve paid although it caused a large inconvenience and I had to spend money on Shoes and address for the wedding.
