I created my profile months ago, and not one recruiter reached out to me about my resume or profile. Not to mention that when I called and left a message for recruiter yes she called me back almost immediately, however, after discussing what I was looking for position and salary wise, the woman that called me back didn't offer to see if there were positions that I qualified for. Although after she advised me what they didn't have, I was able to go on the app and find myself. I find the staff at this company very unengaged and very unsupportive. I will be taking my my resume elsewhere to seek other opportunities. Very displeased on the support given for my job seeking journey through this company. I have years of experience and a bachelor's degree. Not to mention, I'm currently employed but seeking better opportunity, so I am not desperate to working with them. Maybe it's for the best. ✌🏾
