  If I could leave negative star rating i would. They Cracked the oil pan on my mom's car tried to jb weld it and then want to act like they aint responsible. Their techs shouldn't be allowed to touch a wrench Edit: it was the manager that done such fine work!

  Got an oil change at this place for my Mustang. These guys has cost almost 13000 worth of damages and all I needed was a simple oil change. This company does not reach back with you at. I would advise anyone never to go to any of there company’s. As I have never an issue until they change the oil in my mustang. You guys are really bad ppl bc u hurt someone’s every day lively hood and cars are extremely hard to come by. If I could give u 0 stars I would. I also seen a review where the same issue happen 4 months ago to another couple but yet we are out of a car and don’t have a ride because you all fail to put the oil cap back on.

  Grease Monkey: Nacogdoches, TX(North Street) My husband and I brought my Dodge Durango in for a routine oil change and we were talked into getting the rear differential oil changed as well. We left and immediately heard grinding in the rear end. We turned around and went back for them to look at it because it was not making that noise prior to going. It turns out, they did not replace the oil in the rear end so it was running without any oil. They said they put oil in it. Clearly they didn't until after we took it back. It was still not running right after we left the 2nd time so we took it straight to a mechanic and he said he could tell from looking at the rear end that it was ran without oil. Over a month of my vehicle being in the shop and $3500 later, it was finally running correctly again. We filed a claim with Grease Monkey along with the mechanics findings and they rejected the claim by just brushing it off and taking their workers word that they put oil in it. With no luck, we have tried contacting the lady who sent the email rejecting the claim. We have tried numerous times to call the corporate office and no one will ever answer. We are at a loss and we just want things to be made right. $3500 is a lot of money that we had to scrape together for something that wasn't our fault.
