- NNNeilNov 20, 20251.0If I could leave negative star rating i would. They Cracked the oil pan on my mom's car tried to jb weld it and then want to act like they aint responsible. Their techs shouldn't be allowed to touch a wrench Edit: it was the manager that done such fine work!
- ALAntonio LovettOct 10, 20251.0Got an oil change at this place for my Mustang. These guys has cost almost 13000 worth of damages and all I needed was a simple oil change. This company does not reach back with you at. I would advise anyone never to go to any of there company’s. As I have never an issue until they change the oil in my mustang. You guys are really bad ppl bc u hurt someone’s every day lively hood and cars are extremely hard to come by. If I could give u 0 stars I would. I also seen a review where the same issue happen 4 months ago to another couple but yet we are out of a car and don’t have a ride because you all fail to put the oil cap back on.

(Only cus they talked me into "the better oil") Until I went into grease monkey I have NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY BATTERY!!!!! NO ONE TOLD THEM TO CHECK MY BATTERY OR EVEN GLANCE AT IT!!!!! All I wanted was a freaking oil change and now my car can barely start!!!! Freaking ridiculous!!! Never again will I even CONSIDER going there or even recommend it. Then the guy had the nerve to tell me that he'll throw in the oil change for FREE because my battery was SO bad and he didn't want to see me on the side of the road! Are you kidding me!?!? I'm so angry about this! All they ever want is to take your money. If they REALLY wanted to help me then they would have just changed my oil and that's all. This company is awful.
