- BLB LDec 27, 20171.0I'd give NO stars if google would allow me to. The woman at the Green Mountain Falls post office is terribly unprofessional and downright rude. It never matters what time of day I go there, she is always horrible to deal with. We don't have a choice but to deal with her since we can't have mail or certain packages delivered to our home. She is like this with numerous people of the town, we see her act like this with people who are in front of us in line. I absolutely grudge going in to deal with her, even knowing it's going to be just for a few minutes. Every experience with her is unnecessarily painful because even something as simple as asking for stamps provokes a snippy or snide comment from her. This has happened repeatedly and so often with customers and my own family - we've even tried to get a PO box elsewhere just to avoid her with no luck. There's nothing I or my family or others do to provoke it, she just constantly chooses to act this way because she can, which is shameful. She is terrible at her job, terrible to deal with and her blatant bad customer service is completely uncalled for. I agree with the other postings with negative reviews, she should go find other work if she doesn't like her job or can't deal well with people. I actually took the time to create a google account JUST to post a negative review about her. I've never filed a negative review about anyone....today is a first and it's sad because nobody should have to deal with this person.
