Wanted me to call a number to ensure correct hazard label than do it themselves. Gave a good luck with that when I said id just ship with another service. Shipped with ups no issues
- LBLevi BakerOct 18, 20252.0Driver gave no attention to the small brick we keep on top of our delivery bin to keep the lid closed on windy days. Today is horribly windy. He just lifted our delivery box lid, let the brick slide and scrape all the way down the lid and drop behind it. It scraped up the lid as he let it fall instead of just moving it, placing the package inside and putting it back on top. It weighs no more than a pound... I'm also disabled and now have to find someone to help me recover the brick he dropped behind our delivery box I have no way to bend down or reach behind the box to get it myself. So that's super cool, tell him thanks! 😤🤬

Although friendly service, 9/10 shipments have a mishap on the receipt or we are overcharged, spelling needs corrected, something to the effect that we have to watch them very closely when shipping and triple check everything they input. They also close at 12:00 on Saturday, not 2:00, as stated on Google.
