In and out in like less than a minute. The line moved quickly which was a big plus and I was pleasantly surprised. These folks are providing the standard we wish to see in our other post offices in Greeley, and I HAD to commend them on the great job they're doing in such a busy time with all of the holiday package handling! You guys absolutely ROCK! Wishing all postal employees a fabulous holiday season!
- KAKami AndersonDec 9, 20252.0I came in this morning. The line is out the door and there is 1 person at the counter... not 3! Its the holidays! Let's get more people in there!!!!!! My mailman was awesome though and reported some damage to my package though. Also- a cashier said he couldn't mail me package out of the country that all of the items were not shippable. Came back another day and got a different cashier and was able to mail the same box. I was told the original cashier did not like to ship boxes out of the country due to the paperwork and extra steps. What a joke. My son wouldn't have had a Christmas. Most of the time it is a great experience but lacking lately.
- SNShane NewsomNov 14, 20253.0I want to leave 5 stars but the last 2 times I got a big package and my regular mail man wasn't present I had to go to usps and find my package because it was put in the wrong lock box at my apartment. I know it can get boring sometimes too but I also believe we need to focus on the mail and not be on the phone while putting people's mail in the mail boxes I see it all the time not just my apartment but it happens alot. No way if you have a huge basket of mail and need to look at addresses to get in the right box , talking to someone at the same time will distract you and eventually im not going to get lucky like I did this morning and someone else is going to take my daughters Christmas present my business supplies. It doesnt Matter pay attention. The reason I said I do 5 stars if not for the 2 miss delivered boxes by a sub is because 39th is the best post office in Greeley they saved this from a 1 star! Thank ypu both who helped me this morning it means alot to know people got your back . I run my own business its frustrating when your business rely on mail and it isn't there on time but that happens I get upset when my stuff isn't delivered to the correct place . Please 🙏 for the small people and everyone else stay focused 🙏 💯
