- PCPete Contreras4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service! I called the store and a worker named Perla answered. I was telling her that I dropped off 8 packages 2 hours ago and my receipt says 7. She was rude right off the bat and said it was my fault because it was impossible to not scan every package. I asked her if she can look at the cameras or what we can do. Since its been 2 hours I wanted to figure this out asap. She was so rude and hung up on me. I called back to make sure we didnt get some kind of disconnect. She then hung up on me again. If higher staff is reading this, please listen to the recordings. The first call was placed at 4:19pm and the other at 4:27pm on Friday Feb 27th. I recorded the second call and will be providing it to corporate. I dont mean to get people in trouble, but this person should be fired and not be dealing with customers with attitude like this.

Just told to contact the customer service robot which is uselessly poorly programmed. Then told it'll be a 10 minute wait on the phone which became 30+. They want to charge fees for everything. Horrible company. I wont order from any place that uses UPS for shipping in the future ever again. Ive been burned one too many times.
