The person returning for me had to figure everything out on their own due to the lack of customer service from the employee. Im extremely disappointed in the customer service and will never be doing business at this location ever again! Do better at hiring better people with better customer service skills UPS!!!!

They totally screwed up my delivery, which I charged extra to have delivered early. They said my address was not valid. Which its a building, I'm not sure if they're lazy or what the problem is. This is not the first issue I've had with UPS deliveries. So I had to pay extra AGAIN, to change to access point to the facility, which is very inconvenient for me, because I'm not mobile. I wish there was a better way to communicate with the drivers, without paying almost 20 dollars to upgrade. Besides that, I have no complaints.
