This store took my package, asked what was in it, "toys and blankets" proceeds to send as "media mail", in which im then notified via usps letter, postage needed and my package would be sent with request for addl funds or returned to sender. the package never made it. its now been 23 days and no one can seem to find it. Then I was told in store it was "insured up to $100" which was the approximate of what was in there. Soni didnt purchase addl. Come to find out that too was wrong because she sent it as media mail not ground. In which ins would have to be purchased. Absolutely disgusted.

Which is difficult when you are nice and friendly and the staff either doesn't make eye contact or give blank stares back.

On multiple occasions I've overheard people complain about lost mail and packages. They also take your papers to shred and throw it in the back instead of placing it in the "secure bin" that they are supposed to. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
