- LBLevi BakerOct 18, 20252.0Driver gave no attention to the small brick we keep on top of our delivery bin to keep the lid closed on windy days. Today is horribly windy. He just lifted our delivery box lid, let the brick slide and scrape all the way down the lid and drop behind it. It scraped up the lid as he let it fall instead of just moving it, placing the package inside and putting it back on top. It weighs no more than a pound... I'm also disabled and now have to find someone to help me recover the brick he dropped behind our delivery box I have no way to bend down or reach behind the box to get it myself. So that's super cool, tell him thanks! 😤🤬

The dark-haired woman is extremely rude: she offers no ship options on transit or pricing. She throws a fit anytime a package doesn’t have an auto ship label and she actually has to do her job and enter something manually. I ship packages weekly for business purposes and cannot give this place a worse review. Unfortunately this is the local ship center and there are no other options. 0/5 across the board.
- SSSharonAug 12, 20251.0OMG! Vickie, works on the far left side of the store is one on the most unfriendly person I have Delta with in a long time. I had a prepaid return so I walked over to her counter. She was standing there putting lables on a number of envelopes. I wait and she grabs more and starts to lable them. She never acknowledged that I was standing on the other side of the counter. She then takes all the envelopes and puts them in a box in the back (two trips). Finally three or four minutes later she acknowledges me but a coworker was leaving and she chatted with her for another two minutes! Not talking to me but to herself about how the computer is all messed up. It took 10 minutes to get out for 2 minutes ordeal. I won't be back.
