    Awful customer service. It took 10 minutes for them to declare a type of computer I've shipped a dozen times can't be shipped by them. Such a massive waste of time.

    They always get the package to its destination on time, and for a reasonable price. The staff are attentive and helpful. There is rarely a line or much of a wait at this location, or the one on the north end of Greeley. I have lost faith in USPS. Fed Ex is my go to for any package shipping. I love using the Fed Ex app for tracking and notifications for my shipment. Anytime I ship with Fed Ex, I leave the store feeling relieved that the package is in good hands, and will be delivered as promised.

    I tried calling here and needed to talk to an agent and never could get one… very unhappy experience. The phone service doesn’t even get one star in my opinion.

    Bad experience had a package go missing they don't have any help . They said it was out for delivery for seven days straight and nothing . Called and nobody can help me passed the robotic calls . Lost out on alot of money I'm barely starting out on my business .
