Each time Ms Logan, Amanda, and Tristen were extremely nice and patient with me. They made my visit to the store to get copies and documents notarized so easy and smooth. Their customer service is unmatched and great. I appreciate this UPS in Grand Junction. And I appreciate these wonderful women who make UPS great !!!!

I had two packages to ship and one label wasn’t coherent with their services so instead of asking me about anything else she was rude and sent me on my way I was so upset. I didn’t even bother staying. This time I came in and tried to pay for my $40 transaction in cash and they let me know that they close their drawer prior to closing so that they can get out of there right at 6 o’clock. I also heard the girl take a phone call And informed the customer that they close and lock the door exactly at six not really sure what the phone call was about, but it just seemed that the girls that worked there run on their own time When a business has ours posted, you should be able to cater to The customers/clientele during business hours in Their entirety, nor should you be giving off the impression that the business Your customers bring our a waste of your time I will be going to FedEx yet again, even though it is out-of-the-way
