The employees are nice but no one feels obligated to answer their phone. The voicemail is full. They push you to the utterly useless national call center that even if you could get a human, (you can’t) they wouldn’t have the slightest clue about the local situation that you are experiencing.

The lady who serviced me about a month back was HORRIBLE! Incredibly rude and incompetent. A change of address verification, scan the damn barcode and look at my address and I.D. lady… it’s not that hard. Now it’s been two months and NO MAIL cause this chick couldn’t do her damn job. Also very DINGEY and dark and depressing, you’ll wait forever, there’s no parking. Screw this place 100%

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and took it upon themselves to walk out to confront a law abiding citizen stand on sidewalk exercise a first amendment right and there is no law against it in fact poster seven rules and regulation United States Post Office allows filming even inside so you have no rights to go out and tell him you're going to call the cops on him and threaten him by him being out there.

I watched a USPS employee order a man to leave the public sidewalk because he was taking pictures, which is perfectly legal. I stuck around for a bit and watched several people hurl insults and threats at the cameraman after the USPS employee riled them up.
