    I was in there on Oct 14. A lady waited on me and was rude from the start. She didn't greet me, just sort of looked at me so I walked up. I told her I was there to mail a package. She said what is in it? I told her "a gift." She wanted more info so I told her "shirts." She then said "I'm charging you for tape. The machine will eat this outer wrap." (I put like a shipping paper around box, but I did feel like I taped it securely). A better approach would be, "I'm so sorry but we have to add on a little extra cost for tape so we can tape it down better and it will survive the shipping. " And a smile would be nice. After I agreed (and paid $17+ for these couple small shirts) she silently handed me my receipt. Then I said, out of habit, "thank you." I left there thinking "why didn't SHE thank me?!"

    I paid $134 for a package to be delivered by 9AM the next day. Package was never received. The tracking site states it never left the store. The contents were needed by the next day. The person who waited on me seemed distracted and was rude and never answered my questions.was told if package not delivered by Monday to call back again??? WHAT??? WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
