- JWJim WinterswolfAug 16, 20251.0For five (5) days in a row now, I've received this notification that my package was in town and on a truck for delivery that day... only to not receive it, and be told the exact same thing the next day. Call me old fashioned, but where's the responsibility and accountability here? I've called in the last two nights and complained about this - to be told that it would not only be escalated to the right people, but it would get resolved - no resolution or call back from a supervisor received. Hence, I said in the morning I'd go to the office and "bust some heads" ... well, I am now in my office doing just that ... busting some heads, by writing this review - which will also include me telling friends, coworkers, and family also about this extremely poor service. Nobody at FedEx wants to take their job or clients serious, then we'll just go to the streets and share with others how badly they run their huge multi-million dollar company, until others choose not to accept this poor service either. People of this great nation, rise up and take a stand ... let them know that this is unacceptable and we will not accept this level of professionalism any longer. - Serious Lee Annoyed.
