Employees were nice. I paid five dollars to download a 2.8 GB file onto a flash drive thought $.45 a minute was a little expensive until I saw that it was gonna take an hour for this file to download. Needless to say, I will not be back. I just don’t see how $.45 a minute is cost-effective for anyone.

I really hate to leave this review, but I want to share our experience.
On September 3rd, my husband and I went in to ship our friend's personal items they had sent to us for safe-keeping while they moved to Canada. This included two computer monitors, a computer, computer accessories, and shoes; four boxes in total.
We were assisted by who I assume is the manager, given it said manager on her name tag. There were three options we could send the items over as, two of them being "Gift" and "Repair & Return". Since they were personal items, we felt Gift made the most sense. But the manager insisted we could pass it off as a Repair and Return because we were sending a computer and it would be "cheaper" through customs. She insisted this multiple times. We took her word for it assuming she knew best and is also the manager.
Unsurprisingly customs wanted proof that it was a Repair and Return by providing a receipt/invoice. Our friend had to explain to customs that it wasn't a Repair and Return. And in the end, they will have to pay the same duties and taxes as if it were sent as a Gift, just with more headache.
In addition to this, when everything arrived, the two computer monitors were completely broken and the computer had one of it's corners completely smashed. These were in a thick layer of bubble wrap and should not have been damaged to the extent that they were. While it's not the employees that work here's fault they arrived broken, our friend said they were "not packed tight". This, on top of being mishandled, undoubtedly caused the damage. The packages were insured up to $5,000 but this does not make it okay, we shouldn't have to utilize this. We weren't there to see them package the two monitors and computer. And the two other boxes we had packaged ourselves were packed tight and didn't have any damage.
While the blame is not all on the employees here, they should not be telling you, especially not the manager, to be disingenuous and send it as something it's not to get around duties and taxes. This is really deceptive and unprofessional. We will not be doing business with this location again.

Stephanie saw me struggling with a package and she came out to help me. I am an old lady and she really helped me out. What an excellent representative for your company. Above and beyond…

On multiple separate occasions ive been waiting for packages to arrive, packages mind you that are VERY expensive & I really would not want them to get lost or stolen.
Anyway, fedex decides to update the tracking info to say the package was delivered, they provide a photo that isn't even an actual photo. Its an image of a dark, blurry blob that they claim is the image of then delivering my package.
The first package was an electric scooter, thats VERY large & VERY expensive & they delivered it to a house a whole block away. Completely wrong address (my house is not hard to find, its literally right on the corner of the block & is a fairly large, obvious house). The second package they updated the tracking info to say it was delivered. I went around my neighborhood trying to see where they ACTUALLY delivered it too (its bullshit I even have to do something like that!!!) But couldn't find it. Called the number listed for THIS LOCAL OFFICE & got automated machines & when I asked to speak to a representative, I got connected with someone who could barley speak English & barely knew what she was talking about. The representative said that my package has not been delivered & will be delivered today.
So theyve given me false information either via the tracking number, or via the representative claiming i will still get it. I absolutely hate this company & am so beyond fed up with their LIES.
