The experience at this post office is terrible. Good luck if you ever need to go here.

I’m not even sure how this place operates still. Be ready to be told they can’t help you or unwilling to go 1 step beyond trying to help you with your packages. Almost every time I have something delivered it goes missing or they can’t find it or even better “we haven’t got to it yet”. Like why did you scan it in as delivered into my P.O. Box and still say it’s not ready yet? The lack of customer service beyond saying hello is beyond frustrating. Everyone else’s comments are on par with your experience there. Update: if you put a service request online for your package that is missing and the people there aren’t helping you will get a resolution! Called usps and told them that this post office has 0 customer service and aren’t willing to help track where my package was even though it said delivered. After the request was put in literally the next day a friend voice called me and told me they misplaced my package in someone else’s box and is now ready for pickup.

Absolutely terrible experience at this post office. My packages have been stuck here for days, and despite showing proof that they’re in the building, the staff refuses to hand them over. It feels like my items are being held hostage for no reason. The customer service is dismissive and unhelpful — no one takes responsibility or offers any real solution. I depend on these deliveries, and being ignored like this is unacceptable. I’ll be filing a complaint with USPS headquarters because the level of incompetence here is beyond frustrating.

The worse experience I have ever had with any delivery or service. I don’t understand how a government entity is able to function without ever holding the workers accountable. We had items delivered and they were held onto by the postal worker, who went back and forth between saying the “items were returned to sender or that they were never present.” She did not update the status as returned to sender and it simply says “on hold”. I’m pretty sure she’s making a decent living off of stealing packages. We lost hundreds of dollars l.

How this location doesn't have a flat 1 star is a mystery to me. I have never heard of a post office holding your packages hostage, openly telling you they don't "have time to look for them because there's 2500 packages back here", then act as if there's no way for them to notify Amazon that they don't have delivery drivers. From what I've heard from dozens of locals, this is universally one of the most hated post offices in the state. Do not, under any circumstances, get a package delivered here lest you risk wasting hours of time unnecessarily.
