The lady said at the counter said the package was still on site but would not get it for me since it was already in the return to sender pile and "did not have the time to get it". I would recommend going to any other post office in the county except this one for how rude they are.
- ZMZack MoxleyJan 6, 20261.0This post office is so bad at getting my mail to me, that I'm having to rent a mailbox in Denver, just so I can reliably get important packages. I don't make a lot of money. Let that sink in: I have to pay monthly to rent a mailbox 2 hours away, so I can get important mail. I'm disabled, my partner works 40 hours a week, and we have one car. I don't even have time/energy to drive that far more than a couple times a month! I've lived a lot of places, and I've been frustrated with my local USPS before, but never before has this been necessary. Packages delivered to the wrong address, not delivered at all, dropped haphazardly in the wrong location, returned to sender erroneously... If you just look at Maps reviews for the USPS locations around Grand County, you'll see that this location has the highest number of negative reviews, by far. It's normal for people to be frustrated when they don't get their mail, but it isn't normal for this many people to have trouble getting their mail from a single location.
