- KPKimberly PortzlineApr 5, 20265.0Today, the manager at the Golden Colorado UPS, Betty Fuller, helped me avoid paying for Quantum Fiber equipment I had shipped in early March. I needed the tracking number for the shipment but had discarded the shipment receipt I received when I dropped the package off. At first Beverly tried to find the tracking number by going thru their database but the query had resulted in 45 pages of potential tracking numbers. When Quantum Fiber customer service could not provide any additional assistance towards finding the tracking number including their own corporate account number, she tried another way to query the database using my name. She found the record I needed which listed the tracking number, the date my package was delivered to Quantum Fiber, and the name of the employee who signed for my package. Her quick thinking saved me $600. I am grateful for her help and advocacy!

When I questioned the price, and asked for other rates, they laughed and said shipping is expensive. The issue is not just cost, it’s transparency. If you’re reselling USPS service at 6x markup, customers should be told that clearly upfront. As a business owner, I'm all for this store making profit, but gouging a community is different.

Other UPS stores in the area charge more and I think are not truthful about the shipping options/costs that are available. The staff at this location are amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers ALWAYS and they are truthful about the prices and options available for my shipping needs.
