I filed a case online but decided to visit the post office in person to get clarity on what my residents should do to retrieve their mail. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. I was told to leave my contact information for the supervisor, but the staff member I spoke with seemed irritated by my presence and repeatedly brushed me off. I left with no guidance and no answers to provide my residents. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
