  I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I needed notary services, and the whole process was seamless—it was easy to schedule and even easier to reschedule when I needed to make a change. The appointment itself took less than 10 minutes. I also shipped out a few packages while I was there, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. While parking right in front can be a bit limited, there are a few spots very close by (within about 20 feet), and you can easily park across the street at City Market without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this location. The staff made everything simple, efficient, and stress-free.

  I live right down the street. I come in here all the time. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help out and go the extra mile. I really appreciate the customer service here. It is great. They do a good job of keeping the lines low. I’m always in and out. Great job guys! Highly recommend!

  The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They’ve helped me learn how to navigate my Amazon app for easy returns. The owner is patient and I’ve never felt rushed. Highly recommend.
