Extremely poor customer service at the passport desk. The employee handling passports was dismissive and unhelpful when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. We had a valid confirmation but were told we were “not on the list” due to a miscommunication. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or verify the appointment, she immediately told us to reschedule and showed no willingness to assist.
We drove a long distance, took time off work, and came fully prepared with all required documents, only to be turned away without any effort to help. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the passport clerk made an already stressful process worse.
This office seriously needs better coordination and customer service for passport applicants.

They fail to perform their fundamental responsibility to deliver packages and mail. I have lived at my current address for over 10 years and have consistently experienced the worst mail deliver service from the Glenwood-Springs post office. Yet ALL other carriers perform great for us year round. They are required to deliver packages yet leave pink slips even for the smallest of deliveries. The post master doesn't care and is rude when asked for solutions.

I couldn't believe what I witnessed today, Summer was really helpful but then, I noticed a lady come in and asked Summer to get her package. Summer got it and then the lady and her boyfriend asked Summer to get his package from the same address. Summer got that package back and then the lady said she's still looking for another package. Glenwood Springs, I would advise not to treat service personnel who are attempting to assist you in such manner. The behavior I witnessed today was unacceptable. To return and ask for three packages each time she returned with another, you implied there was another one, and then you requested your mail as well. The unfortunate aspect I observed was that they requested her to have service with a smile after each visit.

NO ANSWERS!!!! NO SERVICE!!! NO APOLOGIES!!! NOTHING!!!! This is the worst postal service out there. I had several letters and packages that were supposed to be delivered and despite the usps update saying they had been delivered in/at my mailbox I had nothing there! Not to mention several of these items wouldn't fit in a mailbox. When I tried to get ahold of the office itself by telephone multiple times I continuously got NO ANSWER!!!! The customer service in person is beyond ridiculous and just as useless as a wet towel to dry up spilt drinks. They were rude had no answers except that they'd get ahold of the courier and find out what happened and get back to me. Still no word back. If you need anything that requires shipping or expect to be able to get some real answers NEVER USE THIS POST OFFICE! NEVER!!! There is a FedEx in town pay the extra money and take all business to them! I hope this post office sees their reviews and changes things because we the people have a right to our mail let alone the packages we pay shipping fees on.
