- OOonefast800Dec 31, 20251.0My wife called on Saturday to make sure a Notary would be available the following Monday, to which they replied yes and no appointment would be needed just come in. My wife arrived just after 8 and the notary wasn’t even scheduled to come in till later in the day. Lady at the counter was rude and very unprofessional, unapologetic on the whole situation. If you’re in the area and need notary services make sure to visit the Copy Copy store for your Notary and shipping needs. They were very helpful and we were glad to support them over the ups store. Be better UPS store

Miguel who has worked for UPS for years at another store has transferred to this location and I am so happy. He is the nicest and most knowledgable employee. He and his sister are quite the team. Fast and reliable. Happy that Miguel is now running the store.

I can only hope for a better experience next time, if I do return. I was already having a day of challenges before setting foot in the store. Also, their parking was awkward. Maybe next time I'll park across the street at City Market. It might be less stressful.
