  The gentleman named Bailey was amazing! He helped us pick up the chairs we ordered and loaded them into our truck. We then had to get one more chair and he kindly helped me and then loaded that into my truck. Very polite and used thank you and mam. He was a joy. Thank you Baylie for helping us have comfy chairs at work. - Bella @ the city

  MANAGERS, train your staff! print center employee was very avoidant and getting information was like pulling teeth. if you go to this location, know exactly what you need and call ahead to ensure they have it. she ultimately told me all they can do at this location is print on regular A4 paper of varying thicknesses, or they send projects out. she told me confidently this was the case at all staples (untrue). she had no idea how to help with anything i asked about including ensuring my print came out the dimensions i needed. she suggested i do math and did not provide any help on what math needed to be done. my file was made in adobe and was the size i needed it printed. i asked if same day was possible and she told me "no, it's sunday" as i stood next to a 7' tall poster that said same day printing available. the entire time she came off extremely annoyed indifferent and incompetent, and was alone working a big line of people most of which she was unable to help. i went to a location 10 miles away and the print employee was extremely helpful, pleasant and got me a print within 5 minutes with zero confusion and a smile on their face. please train your staff in this location! this is a managerial issue not a staff issue.

  DO NOT GET TSA PRE CHECK APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED HERE- showed up on time for appointment and was told the TSA Pre check employee was probably still sleeping.... unreal. This experience is absolute trash

  Maybe they should open when they are supposed to be open It’s past 10am and there is a bunch of people waiting outside Waste of time driving over to this location when it’s not open…
