I get to Staples only to be told my package isn't here. I then asked if someone named Kayla worked there she says yes. I tell her that's who signed for my package. She then proceeds to hand me my package from off the counter. It was right in front of her. If I'm supposed to be some sort of member why did Uggs give the option to have them delivered there. There was no reason to be rude and lie and say you don't have my package. I will never use Staples for anything. Rude for no reason. If you are unhappy with your job please find another one. Staples do better. Train better.
