Sent a package from Wisconsin to my grandson. Tracking shows its in a locker at Gilcrest however package has either been misplaced or it magically disappeared out of the locker. Tried calling the post office and it's a constant busy signal.

Parcel boxes should be first come first served, especially when we CALL and ASK for a parcel box for a package that has been sitting there all week because we cannot make it there during business hours. Checked the mail every day hoping for a parcel key for one of the SEVERAL parcel boxes that became available EVERY DAY, no such luck.
It was not the normal post lady, and I was lucky she was still there to help when I yelled through the box. She explained that she is lazy and moving our packages to a parcel box is "double the work" so instead of doing the right thing and moving the packages that have been waiting for a parcel box (and have obviously been attempting pickup DAILY), she just fills it with the new arrivals that day. That is ridiculous and wrong!
2 stars only because she helped after business hours

Send your packages back even when Amazon sent it there on accident, instead of to your physical address! The old employee never did this! She always held my packages and even warned me of the staff. Never using this post office again, basically can’t track my sons gift!
