She didn’t have any of it signed, so Kaya sat there with me on the phone and helped her fill out everything. Then helped her scan it, and if that wasn’t already enough, proceeded to help her call an uber AND waited outside for her to be picked up + helped her load her walker into the car. Completely beyond anything she had to do, but did it out of the kindness in her heart. This happened a few weeks ago, but my patient keeps telling her friends how sweet the ups workers are and I had to leave a review. Kaya is a special kind of person. Please show her this and tell her how thankful we are for her help! Out of this world service.
