Worst experience.They do not know subject matter on when and for what a withholding has to be done. Even after letting them know about the error (we unfortunately signed the paperwork of wrong transaction but sent a new right paperwork signed following it),They used the old paperwork with our signature. Hence we need to wait until next year for the withholding to be returned through tax return. Because we are having a delay in our funds getting back to us due to their erroneous transaction ,We end up paying interest for the loan until we received the money back from tax return. Also we are short of downpayment for our new home in contract. . Worst thing , there was no apology from them! So rude they are.
