- MMMountainwoodshealingSep 9, 20251.0Today my husband and I went to the Post Office to send a painting to my Great Aunt. When we got out of the car and began to walk up the the building a blond employee was sitting out front. She got up and told us that she didn't have that many handicap spots and to not park there. My husband told her that we could park there and she told him that he didn't have a handicap license plate. My husband told her we had a plaque hanging from our review mirror and we didn't need a license plate. Sonja was her name and she was very rude and condescending. This will be the last time we visit that particular post office. I have read the other one star reviews about this employee Sonja and can't understand why she still works there.
- RMRick MinorApr 1, 20241.0For days and days I'll get nothing but 1-2 ad's that's all! And then according to the mail viewing program on my laptop, I will see 4-5 letters for that days delivery! BUT, in my mailbox is mail that I haven't laid eyes on! According to the PO, it was delivered on Sunday-no mail on Sunday's-and this was last Monday! GUESS WHAT? It happened again today! Originally, I had mail from the Federal Government, Xcel Energy plus additional pieces of mail! BUT, what I received was 5 letters and 1 magazine! None of which I have seen on my PO program! I tried in vain to contact the various help numbers but to no avail! I guess my only option at this point is to contact my: Senator as well as my Congressperson!

She which would be the other employees are all wonderful I'm going to report HIM to the postmaster general and see if I can get some action EASTER 2024..JUST ADDED TO THIS REVIEW STILL NO IM0PROVEMENT....MY FRIEND MAILED ME AN EASTER CARD...TUESDAY...IT WAS STILL SEEN IN HER OUTGOING MAIL THURSDAY...HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP..HAVENT RECEIVED YET...let's all start reporting these incidents...something must be done ...will post contact info soon...
