These people waste more time and energy returning packages to senders than if they would just deliver the packages, but they refuse to deliver. And you can’t intercept packages to pick them up at the PO because the website calls all residential addresses invalid and won’t let you proceed with the intercept. And you can’t go in person to intercept packages because the front desk people refuse to try to help you with that. It’s frustrating that this location operates contrary to the rest of the USPS system nationwide, and the website tools don’t work for this location. Avoid using USPS in Frisco at all costs!

The woman who is the general manager here barely speaks English and would rather argue with you than help you out. I’m not coming back to send out packages. Terrible customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Juan. He barely engaged with me throughout the interaction. The only question he asked was whether I wanted tracking, and I clearly said yes, and that I wanted it sent certified. At the end of the transaction, when I was simply confirming that it would indeed be certified, he launched into a defensive explanation that placed blame on me rather than providing clarity. When I asked for more information and direction and the same level of detail that other employees normally provide, he was dismissive and unhelpful. His lack of professionalism, refusal to answer basic questions, and failure to send my package in the manner requested, reflect a failure to provide even the most basic standard of service.

I've wasted countless hours (and dollars) trying to ensure my mail doesn't get returned to sender. So much that I need to reprice the cost of doing business in this county. I've done everything they told me to do to ensure my packages would be delivered, yet they keep returning them to the sender. There is no end to this madness. Edit: The treatment I've gotten feom this post office makes me think that Trump is onto something. Are mountain home owners' federal tax dollars worthless? Why dont we get equal treatment? I lived in a city for 29 years and never had a problem with federally backed services. Maybe we do need to rely on private businesses that will be held accountable when they dont deliver the services their customers pay for.
