I have had the opportunity to do 2 passport procedures in this office and well, what more can I expect from the staff that works here? I think they enjoy their work and the atmosphere feels great. The staff are very friendly, especially thanks to Miss Priscilla. Excellent service, thank you very much, keep it up. By the way, a very tidy and clean office.

Priscilla was the most helpful and kind person I've ever met at a Post office. Most people dread coming to the post office but she was on fire! She was quick to answer questions, great multitasker, and overall amazing customer service. I don't ever leave reviews but I had to leave one for her after I saw how she treated this family that walked in before me. They had about four kids trying to get passports and they didn't know how but Priscilla was super kind and answered every question with a smile. She even cracked jokes and made everyone in the post office laugh. She's an amazing employee! I came in for my passport appointment I had at 12:00pm and I was out of there by 11:58am and she was working all alone with a long line of people. She's awesome!

The man with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude to me!! I knocked on the door slightly before hours (10-12) to see if I could drop off a box that already had postage. He didn’t even let me finish speaking before he very rudely yanked the box out of my hands said “Thaaaank you” very sarcastically as I was literally trying to speak and say I appreciated his help. He then turned his back and closed the door in my face. If I would have known he was gonna be so put out I would have just waited the 20 minutes for the doors to open! Didn’t catch his name but he should try to understand that there are MANY others who would love to do his job a little more frielier!

I stopped by today to see if I had proper documents for passport and when she said no to my social security card I said ok and sighed , she went off on me! She literally yelled “don’t get all mad at me”. I was like whoa lady chill! I cannot believe how rude and aggressive she was. I’ll do everything in my power to avoid that post office!
