- JLJady LynnAug 5, 20191.0SO RUDE!! The short overweight “woman“ behind the counter was disgusting and rude, lied to my face, and tried to overcharge me for a simple first class package! I mailed it out at the Castle Rock Post Office for $2 Less! They also LIED about an attempted delivery AND about a “Notice Left” on my door. We have video cameras and there was NO delivery attempt or notice left. If this is your home post office, I feel sorry for you. And if you are just mailing something out, the 20 minute drive to the Castle Rock Location is SO worth it. They’ve always been helpful and friendly, not like the rude little witch at Franktown, and you’ll save money too.
