Everything from not being able to get my general delivery mail for over a year, even though all I did every month was put in a change of address to make sure that I could get my mail via general delivery.... And now that I have a PO box, it's absolutely ridiculous that there is no trash can available anywhere with inside the post office. So I'm just expected to carry all of my trash all the way home or to a dumpster or across the street to loaf n jug. It seems to me like if the fountain post office was actually a decent place, they wouldn't have to worry about being under constant inspection for throwing people's mail away which would give us a bloody trash can back in the establishment. It is 2025 and we are civilized enough to be able to have waste refuge bins, but let's just go back to the Stone age is where we just throw garbage onto the streets.... Real progressive... Super productive......

I’ve always had a good experience here! I know there’s only so many employees. But they do the best to help as soon as possible.

If you don’t tell them your items are fragile they will just throw it into a huge bin .. it wouldn’t matter if I said it was fragile they will just throw other items on top of it .. these are peoples possessions. I don’t expect a lot during the shipping process or my items to be handled with care during that time , but can we make an attempt to respect the items while In plain site . These were very sentimental items from a lost loved one and it just felt like they got thrown away.
