I will be driving across town to the store by Target as they are friendly and do not treat the customers like an inconvenience. The Fountain store has the rudest lady working there. The older Asian lady that clearly hates her job. I have went and watched her treat others so badly many times. Today I had an issue and called the corporate number, they told me to just take the tracking number in and it would all be good, so I did this. Of course she can’t just be a decent person and is so rude when I was only doing what her company told me to do. I’m sorry but this is your job, not mine and if you hate it so much maybe you should look into another occupation. I wouldn’t step foot back into this place for anything.

There’s an older gentleman who works there, and I’ve seen him get yelled at by customers more than once. Recently, when I was there, a customer was yelling at him again, and two younger ladies stepped in to defend him. Instead of standing up for himself or trying to calm things down, he allowed the angry customer to start yelling at the two ladies who were only trying to help. It was uncomfortable to watch because the situation could’ve been handled much better if he had spoken up for himself. This location is very good but they should stick up for themselves.
