  I went to this UPS store to simply gather information on getting a package returned to a manufacturer that was damaged during shipment. Prior to going to this store, I had already placed a claim with the manufacturer and received the return shipping information from the manufacturer. In the return information this manufacturer specifically requested that I use UPS to return my items. The gentleman that first approached me was kind and asked how he could help me. I was in the process of giving him some background in my situation when a lady (possibly manager??) came up and interrupted the conversation. To be very honest this lady was very rude and I was TRYING to give more information she just kept interrupting me...several times; which towards the end of this discussion I asked her to "please, let me finish".....and at that point I got a classic "eye roll" from her. As I continued with my discussion after her "eye roll" she again interrupted me....which clearly sent me the message that she wasn't interested in helping me. With other customers in the store waiting to be helped...I politely left saying that I'll find somewhere else to go. Again, I simply was in the information gathering stage of getting this product shipped back to the manufacturer. It's my observation that this employee needs to take the time to better develop listening and communication skills with customers. If this lady is a manager; I feel that she is showing her coworkers a very negative way to handle customer service. I would rather drive across town to receive help from another UPS store, than use the convenience of this one that is closer to me. After reading several other negative reviews regarding this store, I can only guess that this issue will not be resolved and some future customers will leave that store with the lack of customer service that I received. Honestly...she really just needs to find a job that she enjoys, she clearly isn't happy helping people.

  The ladies that work here are so rude about returns. I realize not to expect much from the postal service but if your going to bad mouth a customer, don’t do it at the register in from of them. It’s very unprofessional from a customer service perspective.

  Always quick and helpful!!! Pricey but gets the jobs done staying in town. I found Melanie To be super helpful and kind ! Which isn't something often seen anymore ! Thank you Melanie !!

  Went to get a paper notarized. Made an appointment for 1:30pm and got the confirmations email. Went in at 1:25pm and the lady behind the counter who had an attitude said he had just left for lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour. So what was the point of the appointment then, I had read the reviews before hand and I definitely wish I would have listened as they are really poor for this location

  I went to have a paper printed and there was some youngsters working, eating chips. Kate, Dane, Other fellow eating chips. As Kate was informing me where to email the paperwork, she walks away and eats chips. She doesn't even come back to the desk , Dane stepped in to help. The other fellow munching on chips like he don't have nothing to do. I also noticed the reviews about rude people work here. They didn't scare me away tho. Just wanted to inform the owner as you might be loosing business for their actions.
